For the purposes of this Refund Policy, the names Z-HAUL, Z-Haul, Z-HAULz, Z-HAUL LLC, and Z-HAULz LLC all refer to the same company and service provider. Any reference to these names throughout this document should be understood as referring collectively to Z-HAULz LLC.
Z-Haul strives to provide reliable and transparent service. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for cancellations and payment disputes.
If you choose to cancel your booking, Z-Haul will issue a full refund minus a $25 non-refundable service fee.
This fee covers administrative, processing, and scheduling costs already incurred during your booking.
Refunds are processed securely through Square.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Once processed, refund timelines depend on your bank or card provider, typically 5-10 business days.
Z-Haul will not provide a refund in the following cases:
If you would prefer to reschedule instead of cancel, Z-Haul will accommodate your request based on availability.
Rescheduling does not incur the $25 cancellation fee.
