Z-Haul Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the names Z-HAUL, Z-Haul, Z-HAULz, Z-HAUL LLC, and Z-HAULz LLC all refer to the same company and service provider. Any reference to these names throughout this document should be understood as referring collectively to Z-HAULz LLC.
All scheduled times of delivery and services, and all item / service pricing are suggestions of a potential agreement between the Z-HAUL business entity and you the client / customer and not finalized until the payment and the item / service transaction is completed. All bookings are confirmed only after successful payment processed securely through Stripe.
Only a Senior Assessment Specialist can adjust pricing, adjust scheduling, and adjust refunds / cancellations.
All furniture assemblies must be booked online or by phone. Only beds can be assembled immediately with delivery of 40 pieces or less.
You cannot book any delivery online for less than $105.00. You must call in to see if we can accommodate you in making a delivery less than $105 in order to protect the sustainability of Z-HAULz LLC.
We, Z-HAULZ, guarantee that we will complete a delivery / pickup transaction; meaning as such that we “guarantee” at minimum that we will pickup item(s) from a safe reasonable place outside of the pickup address and deliver that / those item(s) to a safe reasonable place outside of the delivery address - with the desired intent of conducting the delivery / pickup transaction from and to the inside of the delivery / pickup locations, which may or may not be safely or dimensionally possible.
Therefore, please always check and self verify that your delivery / pickup order will be accessible through normal accessible pathways of egress and ingress to the inside of your delivery / pickup locations, for as this responsibility falls 108% on you, our customer.
Refunds will not be given on “completed delivery / pickup transactions.”
Cancellations are eligible for a full refund minus a $25 service fee.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking by Z-Haul.
Z-Haul reserves the right to reschedule any delivery or assembly due to safety concerns, severe weather, or staff availability.
Customers will be notified promptly if a reschedule is required.
The liability of Z-Haul is limited to the amount paid for the booked service.
Z-Haul is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing issues, improper packaging, or unsafe delivery environments.
Items larger than 6ft x 6ft are considered "special items" and must be evaluated in person by a Z-Haul Pricing Assessment Specialist before a final price is provided.
Accessories such as mirrors, pictures, lamps, art, rugs, etc. are delivered free of charge with your primary delivery order (up to 3 items).
These accessories must:
Z-Haul will remove old furniture at no additional charge if it is in good usable condition.
If the item is damaged, unsanitary, or unsafe to carry, an additional $40 removal fee will apply.
Tips for delivery team members are optional.
If you choose to provide a tip, please give it directly to the Z-Haul delivery personnel.
